The British boxer is set to fight Jake Paul in an eight-round match which will be broadcast in real-time on Netflix.
Briton Joshua stated he will "stamp all over" the American and "break" his opponent as the two fighters came face-to-face to publicize next month's boxing match.
Ex two time world heavyweight champion Joshua meets YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, on paper, a massive disparity - at Miami venue on 19 December.
Fighter's Attitude
"I'm going to break his face and hurt his body. My goal is to show I'm the better fighter," Joshua, 35, stated.
"I'll stamp all over him. That's how fighters think.
"I will seriously aim to injure him. That's my goal."
Respectful Interaction
In spite of these statements, a calm Anthony Joshua and internet personality Paul - typically recognized for his theatrics - shared friendly words and kept it respectful with each other.
Jake Paul instead attacked former Joshua opponent Francis Ngannou and described him as "not serious" after Ngannou declined a bout proposal.
Targeting Fury
Joshua, meanwhile, targeted British opponent Fury - and declined a million-pound wager 'Tyson Fury' states he will put on a Paul win.
"Jake Paul outshines Fury - he showed up," Joshua commented.
"I respect him for that."
Legitimate Opponent
Despite stating he plans to hurt Jake Paul, Joshua declined to comment unfavorably about his rival's pugilistic talent.
"Jake Paul is a serious fighter," he said.
Paul's Background
Paul - who initially became famous on the television network - has mostly boxed MMA fighters or declining opponents since becoming pro.
He was defeated by British fighter Tommy Fury in last year.
Financial Success
However, the relative newcomer remains one of the sport's greatest money-making draws, frequently receiving massive financial rewards.
Prediction and Confidence
The 28-year-old forecast a knockout win in round four or five and stated he would derail the highly-expected match between Joshua and Fury, which is allegedly in the works for two years from now.
"The next fight will be myself against Tyson Fury in the coming year," Jake Paul said.
Physical Difference
As Joshua and Paul engaged in the customary face-off, with their physical disparity evident, it highlighted just how unlikely this complete situation is - and how astonishing it is that the bout is truly going ahead.
